Rania currently works for AV One Group as an Event Manager and is a key expert on the logistics management of meetings and special events.

Her extensive knowledge from the luxury hospitality spectrum allows her experience and keen attention to detail to thrive in her role. Rania is motivated by excellence and versatility. She is a team player and builds long-term relationships with her warmth and visibility. Her biggest asset is to work with clients from the onset and provide technical and event direction to best ensure each and every detail is addressed and that technically, she delivers on client expectations.

Rania uses every opportunity to learn and grow as a benefit and resource to her clients and is well respected in the industry. She enjoys being active, spending time with her loved ones, and volunteering at her local animal shelter when not traveling around the country for both work and leisure.
