AV One’s Online Registration

AV One Group Introduces online registration as a key component to there product and service offering.   With the height of online conference tools, AV One Group has built a proprietary system to provide online registration tools to their end clients in order to provide value added services under one umbrella and streamline a meeting planners choices of technology partners.   The online registration tool allows the planner to easily create a custom online portal where attendees can login and register everything from their travel arrangements, choose a hotel, register for meetings, research destination information and find out who else is attending.   This information can then be delivered to the planner in many ways as reports used to manage the registration process.   Yet one more reason why AV One Group has continued to analyze planner needs and provide solutions that help them “buy better” and save money while maintaining technology services to attendees and simplify the registration process.

Presented with a challenge to create an awe inspiring event the likes of which both the city of Denver and the attendees of YPO’s annual meeting has not seen before, AV One Group created a “Daytime in Summer transcending into nighttime in Winter” theme that played off guest emotions and experience driven event technology to WOW the 2000 person event.   Utilizing creative lighting and sound elements, rain, wind and snow effects, moving clouds, a setting sun, a rising moon and a reveal that “rocked the house”  AV One Group mesmerized the audience as did the dueling DJ’s flying 20 feet above the guests and a nationally recognized show band that kept the party going up until the final minutes.   “Kamal and his team once again proved why they are a valuable partner to us and someone we can lean on when the unthinkable becomes attainable.” said Kathy Baker of Colorado Event Organizers who looked to AV One Group to produce the technology for this event.

AV One Group hires new Account Executive

Josh Quigley has joined the AV One Group team as the newest Account Executive focusing strictly on the Association and Corporate conference business.   Josh, who brings over 10 years of AV sales and production experience has spent his career working on the hotel side of the business working with in bound clients and being a liaison between the facility of choice and the clients AV and Technology needs.  Josh brings to AV One Group a style driven on customer service and has been recognized in the past for his ability to understand client needs and produce meetings and conferences that provide solutions and desired results.   Welcome aboard Josh!

AV One Group Opens Office in the Mile High City.

In its continuing effort to expand its footprint nationally and provide customers with value added services, AV One Group has opened its doors in Denver and the Rocky Mountain Region. “With the exclusive partnership with Starkey Productions, who has established its headquarters in Denver, it only made sense to bring the Audio Visual and Production services to the Mile High City.

Working through both YPO and CEO (Colorado Event Organizers) to produce one of the most spectacular events hosted in the Mile High City, The AV One Group team pulls off a spectacular event to end the week long YPO summit.   Production elements included a reveal that took guests from the summer day section to the winter evening section.  Special effects such as Snow and Fog effects, a snow machine that covered the winter section and all guests in “snow” along with lighting effects to take everyone from the summer ambers and greens to winters beautiful white and blue hues.   The entertainment was just as outstanding!

Dueling DJ’s flown 30′ in the air, summer extreme sports entertainment from The Flying Ace All Stars, a BMX stunt team and Ascendance, the rock climbing duo last seen on America’s Got Talent.   The winter section had everything from flying bartender servers to a show band that rocked the 1500 guests all night long. Big thanks to YPO and to both Tanya and Kathy with CEO for allowing us to be a part of this extraordinary event!

AV One Group produces critical National Sales Meetings for AFFLINK.

Working through the internal meeting planning division of AFFLINK, Kamal and his team recently traveled to West Palm Beach and Tucson to produce two critical sales meetings to launch the new AFFLINK website and the introduction of a new sales platform and member tool to elevate AFFLINKS core business to its key members on the East and West coasts.

AFFLINK, who has partnered with AV One Group for over 8 years, approached Kamal and his team to create and produce the right event branding and media and technology solutions to support the vision for 2011, which was “Defining Tomorrow Today.”   The results were a creative scenic set using lighting and hard sets, custom message driven videos (check out the opening video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1LwxQ55fxlo&feature=channel_video_title), custom graphics services and a creative component piece that moved the audience  from 2010 to 2011 and  highlighted the path the company has gone through to navigate the challenges of economic conditions in 2010 and how it has positioned itself for growth and leadership in 2011.  Couple that with produced music to tie the message and theme together while working with presenters and speakers on all levels to incorporate the message in each presenters delivery and presentation material, the results were customers leaving the 3 day meeting with full knowledge of the companies vision and direction and how they can take advantage of AFFLINKS  new sales platform and website.  Simply put, they left feeling that AFFLINK truly defined the future with what they are doing today.
